  • RETURNS

    Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. The product must show no signs of use, and the packaging, tags, and proof of purchase must be intact and undamaged.

    Returns can only be made online, by sending the shipment via a courier of your choice to the following address:

    The customer can send the product independently with their preferred courier or contact our customer service to generate a return label for 20 PLN, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

    Please include a filled-out return form with the shipment, containing the following information: full name, contact phone number, email address, order number, return product code, and its price. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return shipment. The funds will be returned using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • EXCHANGE

    Exchange for another product is possible within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. The product must show no signs of use, and the packaging, tags, and proof of purchase must be intact and undamaged.
